    We were scouring the internet for the latest news to could post on ChatCamping.net and we came across Pitchup.com. It's an Award winning website that won the 'Best UK Travel Information Site 2010' earlier this year. Judged by a panel of experts, these national awards are given annually for excellence in online travel - digital marketing and technology.

    Pitchup.com was founded in 2009 by former lastminute.com man Dan Yates, who's previous website had suffered many ups and downs since it's infancy due to unforseen disasters such as the World Trade Centre attacks.

    Pitchup.com is already booming with information and content regarding camping and caravanning and Dan's doing a good job of it all. There are a wide variety of topics covered from Dog Friendley campsites and Top Offers to Review a Campsite and Glamping.

    Pitchup.com are currently in the process of developing an Iphone app for all us Iphone addicts. So you would be able to find campsites while you're on the move. Will keep you updated on progress for this one.
